The Foundation Program introduces learners to coaching psychology, and draws the distinction between coaching, mentoring, counseling, and coaching psychology as an evidence-based approach to coaching. This includes best practice in relation to core coaching competencies, foundation coaching models and skills, and ethical coaching practice.
The Practitioner Program is designed for learners who will either be working as an internal coach/mentor, use coaching/mentoring as part of their main job, or starting up as an external coach/mentor.
Senior Practitioner Qualification
The Senior Practitioner Program is for coaches/ mentors who are likely to be working with a range of clients, contexts and organizations, building capacity for progression, managing complex and challenging relationships, working with ambiguity and change.
MSc Coaching Psychology
The MSc is for professional, experienced and expert coaches/ mentors whose method of working typically involves creating innovative approaches tailored to the requirements of each client. In addition, they actively contribute to the profession and evolution of the coaching and mentoring field.
