Foundation Qualification
The Foundation Program introduces learners to coaching psychology, and draws the distinction between coaching, mentoring, counseling, and coaching psychology as an evidence-based approach to coaching. This includes best practice in relation to core coaching competencies, foundation coaching models and skills, and ethical coaching practice.

Learners can expect to apply and achieve the following competencies:

Establish the coaching agreement and outcomes

Use of self and maintain coaching presence

Upon acquiring a strong foundation, learners can progress to explore other coaching psychology interests in Practitioner and Senior Practitioner Qualification.
